Jones Cyber Solutions®, Ltd. (JCS) is a software development company focused on complete customer care and enhanced relationship management software products for the convergent communications market worldwide. JCS was established in 1994.

The Jones Solution, Intelligent Customer Support Systems (ICSS®), can be used in part or in whole, modular or as an end to end solution for your customer care requirements. ICSS enables our customers to provide comprehensive customer management for a wide array of communications services and products, including voice, video and data.

JCS also provides support for the design and development of a total customer management system, including data conversion tools and other implementation services.
